BT-1 Flange Mounted Ball Transfers
TWO-HOLE, FLANGE-MOUNTED, ALL-STEEL
The BT 1 flange-mounted ball transfer is a heavy duty ball transfer unit, capable of supporting as many as 75 pounds (per unit ).
The BT 1 features a 1 inch ball bearing resting on 80 individual support bearings and is ideal for most industrial transfer applications.BT 1 ball transfers can also be used in a variety of non-industrial applications, including retail store displays and airport luggage transfers.
The BT 1 is also available with a lower profile mount.
• 1" Main ball rotates on (80) 1/8" support balls.
• Ball support cup is hardened and plated.
• Protective cover assures low torque and longevity.
• BT 1 ball transfers are available in plated carbon steel or stainless steel to provide corrosion resistance.
• Nylon main ball is available for non-marking applications.
• Also available in recessed low-profile mounting style.
